Audrey notices an oddity in the funnel cloud; it’s rotating slowly, and sometimes a pattern will persist over more than one rotation, but when it does it takes rather longer than it should to come back into view. At a particular height, it takes about ten seconds to cross the front of the funnel, and then more like fifty seconds to reappear from behind.
