Stairs starboard and down (two short flights) to cargo bay

Doorway port to crew/passenger “cabins” (tubes)

Cargo bay has an internal pressure door, external loading ramp. Space between can be used as an airlock, but is cramped: [Penalty] It can take one FEU or rather more breakbulk.
