Vehicles

Vehicles don’t form a major part of the Marines’ doctrine; much of their use is in shipboard and EVA combat, or in being dropped from orbit where they’re needed. However, extended planetside deployment (that anyone has time to plan for) may see vehicles added.
The Nuclear Utility Vertol (Ultra-Tech p. 229) is typically fitted with a door gun (see Mounted Weapons above). Like all air vehicles, it can’t survive in a modern air defence environment.
Militarised versions of the Wheeled ATV (up-armoured to DR120 or so) and Exo-Spider (DR210 and nuclear-powered for unlimited range; both Ultra-Tech p. 225) may also be available. True armoured fighting vehicles, in whatever role they can still justify, are left to the Army.
The canonical Royal Marine vehicle is of course the Nuclear Jetpack (Ultra-Tech p. 231), though stealth drop capsules (Ultra-Tech p. 232) are also used.
