Improvised Radio Theatre - With Dice

Corrupt and Decadent Astrophysicists 01 March 2015

This month, Mike and Roger consider doom and gloom: backwards character progression, campaigns after the big hero or villain is gone, and game worlds in which things are slowly getting worse.

We mentioned Ken and Robin Talk About Stuff, GURPS Special Ops, The Last Hero, Dying Inside, London Falling, the SuperFish incident, The Magic Goes Away, Into the Woods (2014 film), Doc Savage, Night's Black Agents, Hillfolk/Dramasystem, John Gardner, Necessary Evil, BattleTech, Fading Suns, MegaTraveller and new Era, GURPS Traveller, Cities in Flight, Left Behind, On the Beach, and The Laundry Files RPG.

The apocalyptic RPG Michael was thinking of was THE END. He would like to assure the listening public that he knows he should have said "separating the sheep from the goats" not "the sheep from the lambs".

One game we didn't mention because we didn't know about is Baker Street: Sherlock Holmes is dead, and now Scotland Yard is turning to YOU!
